The campaign, now well into its third month, has raised around £2,500 for Rugby cancer sufferers Colin Howe and Russ Jones.
As previously reported, both men have been refused funding for the drug Sutent by Warwickshire Primary Care Trust (PCT).
Since the campaign started back in June donations have flooded in as have the good wishes of kind-hearted Rugbeians.
And we hope that not only will the campaign go someway to helping Colin and Russ fund their treatment but also raise awareness about Sutent.
The drug is not available for free on the NHS. Instead patients must apply for it and if they are refused as both Colin and Russ have been, they have to pay around £3,500 a month for it.
This weekend, Colin and Russ will continue their bid to raise awareness of their plight.
Colin, 47, will continue his fundraising efforts with a sponsored walk and run around Draycote Water on Sunday from 10.30am.
He said: "We've had a great response to the idea - I think over 100 sponsorship forms went out - and I'm looking forward to doing it."
Colin has also set up a two hour endurance go-karting race at Sutton in the Elms in Leicestershire on September 15.
The race requires teams of four people to take part at a cost of £300 per team. To find out more visit

Meanwhile Russ, 63, and his wife Val will appear on BBC News 24 on Sunday, in a programme highlighting inequalities in the drug provision service.
Russ has previously accused the NHS of operating a post code lottery for their distribution of Sutent - after other cancer sufferers were awarded the drug elsewhere in the country.
