Railed worker who died in Rugby is named

THE RAIL WORKER who died while working in Rugby has been named today (Tuesday) as Mark Murray.

Mr. Murray, 41, lived in South Reddish in Stockport.

He died on Saturday, July 12 while working on the rail line near Rugby Golf Club.

His funeral will take place in Stockport on Thursday.

So far, no details of the cause of his death have been released.

The British Transport Police and The Rail Accident Investigation Branch said they are investigating the incident.

An inquest date has not yet been set.
