Rugby man found with heroin

A RUGBY man has been charged with possessing class A drugs.
Paul Hallam, 38, was stopped and searched in Oliver Street, Rugby, and officers found he was carrying heroin.

He was arrested and charged with possessing class A drugs before making an initial court appearance at Rugby Magistrates on Monday last week.
