CCTV operators saw him using bolt cutters
A man has been arrested after he was spotted on CCTV trying to steal a bike in Leamington.
Officers responded to reports from CCTV operators of a man using bolt croppers to try to steal a bike in Bedford Street.
They caught up with the suspect in Augustus Place where they stopped him and seized bolt croppers.
The man was arrested, charged with attempted theft of a bike and will appear in court today (Friday).
