A very closely contested rounders match took place between the Rabble and B & B.
The Rabble had the upper hand after the first innings with a two rounders advantage. B&B completed their second innings having steadily added half rounders to give them a total of 16½ rounders with Karen Midwood scoring a total of 5.
The Rabble req
uired more than 5 rounders for victory, but with players quickly being put out through stumping or catches their chances dwindled and with the last player out they had only managed 3 rounders, giving victory to B&B. Players of the match were Yvonne Walker (Rabble) and Gemma Midwood (B&B).

The Bull – Clifton struggled against the quick bowling from the Oddballs and managed a total of 5 rounders. They did contain the hitting by the Oddballs. Only a Captains effort from Lucy Rogers who scored 6 of the total of 10½ did the Oddballs manage to pull through. Players of the match were Sarah Thorogood (Oddballs) and Theresa Dempsey (the Bull)

The Bat Girls in the second division also struggled to score with 4½ in the first innings and 3½ in the second innings. The Railway Sleepers had a large squad and managed to give everybody the opportunity to field but only one batting innings was required for victory. Becky Nelson doing most of the damage with some good running scoring 7 rounders and Carrie James had 4. Players of the match were Zoe Francis (Railway Sleepers) and Sam Crawley (Bat Girls)

Belles of the Ball are still looking for their first victory, again scoring proving very difficult, only managing 5 total. Quigley Queens brought in a new player Sam Leeson who promptly scored 7 rounders, closely followed by Rachel McCollin with 6. With a team total of 17½ in their first innings they were well in control. Players of the match were Jemma Colbourne (Quigley Queens) and Shelley Tailby (Belles of the Ball).
