Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Star Award:
Ties played on 21 November: Islip United for being the first team to take points off of Corby Danesholme Vikings, and ending their run of 8 successive victories.

NFA Junior Cup:
Sadly no UCL scalps were taken this week as all league sides drawn against UCL opposition cam up short. At first glance the 2-6 reverse suffered by Blisworth at the hands of Bugbrooke would suggest a hammering, but it is a case of the result telling only half of the story. Hosts Blisworth, took the lead and were two goals to the good through Eddie Stewart and Shaun Wilkes, before the visitors levelled. Luck well and truly deserted the Tunnelmen as they hit the woodwork on six separate occasions and were unable to convert a second half penalty that would have restored their lead. Corby Kingfisher entertained ON Chenecks and despite a sterling effort, holding out for 50 minutes before going out 2-0. Elliot Dove scored Harpole's late consolation from the spot as they went down 3-1 to Sileby Rangers.
The Peterborough and Town League interest in the tournament is now at end however thanks to deserved victories for league sides Weldon and Queen Eleanor. With Eye Sports falling to UCL high-flyers Irchester, Netherton were left flying the flag for the Peterborough League. Queen Eleanor made the lengthy trip to East Northants and came back with a quarter final place assured with a 3-2 win.
Kettering Nomads followed up their elimination of the holders with progression at the expense of Premier Division outfit Moulton 4-1. Craig Rose opened the scoring for Brixworth All Saints as they saw off the challenge of league strugglers Milton 3-1.

Russell Roofing Premier Division:
Corby Khalsa's hopes of moving away from the wrong end of the table were hit for six as a rampant Roade side made the lengthy journey home with all three points courtesy of a 6-1 win. Andy Priest and Lee Cowley both netted two goals. Kislingbury moved within three points of the leaders after a 2-0 home win over Medbourne. Darren Inns and Stephen Roe netted for the hosts. Nick Brown's strike proved the difference maker as Heyford snatched victory over Corby Pegasus 3-2.

Keystone Roofing Supplies Division 1:
Spratton finally have points on the board. Goals from Sam Savage and Dan Healy ensured a share of the spoils away at Stanion. Craig Miscaili and Den Palmer netted for the hosts. Welford made the short trip to Cold Ashby, and the derby day win belongs to them after their 5-0 romp. The hosts stay third from bottom, whilst Welford reclaimed fourth place from Wootton. Ringstead entertained Wootton and stay top of the table thanks to Scott Manning. His goal ensured a 3-2 win for the hosts who are now three points clear of Drayton Grange. Jed Brennan grabbed a brace for Drayton who drew 2-2 with Earls Barton. Bob Marlow scored Volta's second goal as the Finedon side eased to a 2-0 win over near rivals Stanwick.

Rothenberger Group Division 2:
Islip became the first side to take points off Danesholme Vikings with a 2-2 draw at Tollbar. Goals from Jakes Wesby and Danny Wagstaff had given the home side a 2-1 lead, but a last gasp equaliser from Gareth Walker snatched a point to keep the unbeaten run going. Grammarians, Orchard Park and Burton all took advantage to close the gap to nine points with their respective wins. Jamie Smith netted three times for Burton who cruised to a 5-1 home win over Wollaston Victoria. Mark Fletcher scored the third and decisive goal for Grammarians who edged their tie with Strip Mills 3-2. Orchard Park saw off Weedon by the same score line. Ranelagh and Bective saw off Clipston and Great Doddington 2-1. Simon Anderson and Ollie Gates scored the winners for their respective sides. George Donnelly was the toast of Gretton as he popped up with a hat-trick in their comprehensive 5-0 win over Ristee.

Division 3:
The highest scoring game of the day came at West Glebe Corby, as the Eagles got the better of the 8-3 score line against Wilby. Scott Andrews scored a hat-trick and Colin Thow a brace for the home side. Dan Nolan grabbed a consolation brace for Wilby. Normal service continues for Ise Lodge, 3-1 winners over Everards. The two Luke's, Churchill and McIllroy found the scoresheet again. Nigel Claypole and Peter Harding scored the goals for Wilbarston that ensured their 2-1 win over Crick. Wellingborough WMC held off the challenge of Dainite by the same score line, with Glen Ashton getting the winning goal. Tyler Amphlett scored the only goal of the game as Rising Sun won 1-0 away at Hillmorton.

Division 4:
Steve O'Brien returned to the Long Buckby fold and immediately set about returning to scoring duties with a hat-trick in the 7-1 thumping of CSV. Ryan Grant also grabbed a brace for the leaders. There were three braces in the game between AFC Wymington and Yardley. James Wood netted for the hosts but Jack Scally and Jamie Dearing sealed the win for Yardley. A hat-trick for Alex Williams allowed Corby Kingswood to consolidate their grip on second place with a 3-1 win over Walgrave Amber. Corby Talisman took advantage of Wymington's defeat to move third after drawing 3-3 with Higham Dragons. Luke McCauley scored twice, whilst John Lawman bagged all of Higham's goals. West Haddon recorded a decent 5-1 win away at Corby Hearth while Park Rovers edged out Kennedys 2-1.

Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Reserve Premier Division:
Roade's Reserves emulated the first team by smashing in six goals of their own against Gretton. Jon Freeman and Brandon Shephard were the pick of the marksmen picking up braces. There were also six goals for Moulton who blitzed Milton 6-0. Table-toppers Kislingbury dropped points, going down 1-0 to a Dave Baker effort for Whitefield. Ryan Goodband chipped in with two goals for Harborough who close the gap at the top to a single point after defeating ON Chenecks 'A' 2-1. There were seven goals apiece in the games at Bugbrooke 'A' and Nomads. Bugbrooke got the better of their encounter with Khalsa nicking it 4-3. Harpole found it slightly easier away at Nomads, running out 5-2 winners.

Reserve Division 1:
Runaway leaders Orchard Park inflicted a heavy defeat on Ringstead for the second successive week. Danny Darker scored four, and Dean Walden two as they romped to an 8-3 win. Brixworth, Medbourne and Heyford all leapfrogged non-playing Stanion. A 4-2 win away at Weldon 'A' sees Brixworth move into second place. Daniel Gluyas scored two for Medbourne against Corby Loco's as the dark-blues moved into third. Paul Famer scored to secure Heyford a point, as they drew 1-1 with Blisworth. Gavin Boddington netted twice for Wollaston who moved into mid-table with a 3-1 win over Finedon Volta. Craig Trasler scored the winner for Wootton who overcame Bugbrooke 'B' 2-1.

Reserve Division 2:
The top two remain out on their own after respective home wins. Harry Brindle bagged a brace for leaders Earls Barton who eased to a 3-0 win over third-placed Islip. Rich Maybee's double and an own goal for Crick gave Harpole a scare, but Dan Clark's double and efforts from Ash Burton, Mark Faulkner and Kevin Ratcliffe secure the points for the hosts. Old Grammarians join Islip in leading the chasing pack after winning 3-2 away to Spratton. Craig Turnbull netted a brace for the victors. Dainite secured their first point of the season thanks to Adam Sparrow. His double cancelled out efforts from Richard Charlton and Leon Shand to ensure a 2-2 draw. There were doubles for Wilby's Darren Sturman and Steve Hoare, as they drew 4-4 with Weedon.
