SQUASH: Handicap tournament

Some 26 Squash players from Rugby took part in a handicapped competition spread over last Saturday and Sunday at the Stags Squash Club.
The handicapping made for some excellent close games from players attached to both Stags and Ken Marriott clubs.
Simon Millward overcame some stiff opposition including John Hithersay,Luigi Negro and Rob Lowe before beating Nick Buckingham in the final of the main competition. Having been knocked out in the first round by Roger Moore, Rod Hallam went through to win the Plate competition.
