IT MAY be the home of the game of rugby, but tackles like this are still not allowed on our football pitches!


Rugby Town's Stefan Morley gets to grips in a headlock with Thatcham in their recent friendly on Saturday.

Despite peppering the goal, the Valley could not break the deadlock and the game finished 0-0 (click here to see the match report).

This means that the Town lost just one of the their eight pre-season friendlies.

Bring on the new season on Saturday!
